Online Appointment Help PDF Print E-mail

Please follow these instructions to use our Online Appointment system.

NEW CUSTOMERS

  • Select an Associate from the drop-down list if you prefer a specific associate. If you want to make an appointment for a haircut you can select a stylist; if you want to make an appointment for a manicure you can select a manicurist.
  • Select the month you want from the drop-down box
  • Select an available time from the Scheduler by clicking on the time slot. Please note that unavailable times are marked with red blocks
  • Scroll down to select a Service Request from the drop-down box. Several options are available for you
  • Click on the Confirm appointment button
  • Enter the information on the next screen. Please note that any field marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed
  • After completing the form, click on the Send button
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you while a notification e-mail will be sent to us.
     

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

  • Click on Login at the top of the page just below our banner
  • Enter your E-mail address and Password that you setup earlier
  • Click on the Login button
  • You will see a new set of menu (Online Scheduler - My Profile -·My Appointments - Logout) at the top that allows you to review your profile, appointments etc.
  • Select an Associate from the drop-down list if you prefer a specific associate. If you want to make an appointment for a haircut you can select a stylist; if you want to make an appointment for a manicure you can select a manicurist.
  • Select the month you want from the drop-down box
  • Select an available time from the Scheduler by clicking on the time slot. Please note that unavailable times are marked with red blocks
  • Scroll down to select a Service Request from the drop-down box. Several options are available for you
  • Click on the Confirm appointment button
  • Your information will be retrieved and displayed on the next screen. Review your information and make changes if necessary
  • After reviewing, click on the Send button.
  • Click on Logout at the top of the screen to logout of your account

After completing the online appointment request, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you immediately and a notification e-mail will be sent to us.

CHANGING AN APPOINTMENT

  • Login into your account
  • Click on My Appointments at the top of the page
  • Look for the appointment that you want to change on the list
  • Click on Details to the right of the appointment
  • To select a new date or time click on the Edit appointment button
  • Make the necessary changes on the next screen and click on the Confirm appointment button. Please note that appointment changes can only be made within the approved time frame. If you cannot change your appointment online, please call our Salon at (123) 456-7890
  • This will change your appointment to the new one and send you a confirmation e-mail and notify us as well.

CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT

  • Login into your account
  • Click on My Appointments at the top of the page
  • Look for the appointment that you want to cancel on the list
  • Click on Details to the right of the appointment
  • On the next screen, click on the Cancel appointment button
  • Click on the Yes, I’m sure to cancel the appointment or click on No, cancel to abort the operation. Please note that appointment changes can only be made within the approved time frame. If you cannot cancel your appointment online, please call our Salon at (123) 456-7890
  • This will cancel your appointment and send you a confirmation e-mail and notify us as well.
